The team at Congress Rental SA has effectively provided conference equipment and support for more than five COP Biodiversity Conferences. In December last year, our team was thrilled to take on the task of providing support for COP15, held in Montréal, Canada.
COP15 was the most notable biodiversity conference of the last ten years, resulting in the adoption of the post-2020 global biodiversity framework. The framework outlines a strategic vision for the preservation, safeguarding, restoration, and sustainable management of biodiversity and ecosystems in the next decade.

For the bi-annual COP conference on Biodiversity, we oversaw all the conference equipment, interpretation equipment, and equipment setup, as well as the management of online streaming. Our passionate and expert team worked tirelessly for many hours, providing the following equipment:

- 6,500 infrared receivers
- 7,000 headsets
- 78 interpreter desks
- 2 plenaries
- 51 meeting rooms
- 55 control units
- 87 infrared radiators
- 12 auto track 4K cameras
It took our team 29 working days to set up and execute the event, which lasted for a total of 16 conference days. We would like to express our immense gratitude to our team for successfully collaborating and delivering this event.
