COVID-19 has changed our lives in ways that we could never have imagined. For our clients who own event venues, churches, conferences centres and the like, we have something exciting in store for you! With our live streaming services, your guests will never again be forced to host events without including every family member. Whether it’s a birthday or a wedding, everyone will be able to attend any event at the click of a button.

For this solution to work, one of our team members will attend the event and record the proceedings of the occasion. This will then be streamed onto an online platform where virtual guests would log on and watch the proceeding in live action.

Streaming Options

Depending on the size, type and privacy needed for the event, we usually provide clients with 2 different streaming options:

Public Domains

Public domains refer to platforms like Facebook Live and YouTube. We usually do not recommend this type of streaming as anyone can access it as long as they have the correct link. There are however, some people who prefer this type of streaming.

Streaming Page or Portal

With this option, each guest would be provided with an access code, which would link to the clients website (or other online portal). Here, they’ll be able to watch the proceedings in a more private setting. The team that is in charge of the clients website should be able to set this up, otherwise we can outsource this as well.
